I want to change lives, especially for those who haven’t started their fitness journey yet and believe that working out isn’t for them—like elderly individuals, working moms, pregnant women, and kids.
Born to Be is a safe and supportive space to start and build your fitness routine. Here, we help women integrate exercise into their lives and feel confident in prioritizing their health. Working out should be fun and fulfilling—a journey where you learn to appreciate every movement, love your body, and grow stronger along the way.

When I moved to Sweden, I was out of shape. Long hours at the office had left me feeling weak and drained. I remember struggling up the stairs to my fourth-floor apartment, completely out of breath.
Then, I started noticing something. At first, it was just a passing observation, but soon it became impossible to ignore- everywhere I looked, people were moving. Running, cycling, dancing, exercising- at all ages! While I was barely walking, elderly women were jogging past me, smiling. And to my surprise, my workplace even had a gym, open to all employees at any time!
So I decided to try. Baby steps. Watching YouTube workout videos, observing people at the gym, reading, learning. And then- I was hooked. At one point, I was training six days a week, sometimes even twice a day. Eventually, I realized I wanted to do this properly, to learn from the best, so I signed up to become a certified personal trainer.
A whole new world opened up for me. And here I am. Everything in my life has led me to this moment. I truly believe I was born to become a personal trainer, and I feel incredibly lucky to now inspire others to become stronger and live healthier lives.

I speak English, Swedish, Latvian, Russian, Norwegian – and currently learning Spanish.
